Eligibility
To place an order with Lushberry, one must be over eighteen (18) years old. If you are under eighteen (18), you may place an order with Lushberry with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Price and Payment
As much as possible, we are trying to ensure all the details, descriptions, and prices that appear on our e-store are accurate; however, there may be chances that errors may occur upon uploading. If we discover an error in the prices displayed for your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled.
We accept payment on our website via eGHL Online Payment Gateway – we accept online banking such as Maybank2u, RHB Click, Affin Online, and Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) issued by most major banks.
Shipping and Delivery
As of now, all shipping can be only within street addresses in Malaysia, and all online purchases are to be shipped via GDex Courier services. We provide free shipping within Malaysia except for best buy items or promotional items.
We strive to deliver your orders in the shortest time possible. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is complete. All orders will be dispatched in 1-3 working days to the courier service provider once the transaction is completed, and shipping by courier service would take about 3-7 working days to ship out the products to the buyer.
*Any failed delivery due to incorrect information or no recipients will incur additional charges for reshipping to the buyers.
* Kindly note that the delivery period is an estimation, and we are not able to guarantee the date of arrival, which sometimes may be disrupted due to delivery issues at the courier company.
Order Tracking
For your order tracking, please log into your user account to check the tracking number via the courier service provider, and you will be able to see the status of your order delivery. If you have not seen a shipping status after receiving a confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service at 03-62809336 for further assistance.
Sale / Promotional Periods
During peak sale/promotion periods, there might be some delay in fulfilling the delivery due to heavy surges in online orders. You are advised to place your order 2 weeks in advance during seasonal periods like Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, and Christmas to avoid delays in the shipping process.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you have received damaged products or wrong products sent to you by mistake, we allow you to return your purchases within 14 days from the invoice date. The products must be in their original packaging with the price tag intact.
However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:-
1. Any sale merchandise or purchases made with the use of a promotional code.
2. Change of mind
We reserve all the rights to inspect the conditions of the items before processing any return and exchange. The buyer shall bear the shipping and handling cost of returning any rejected items. Please contact our customer service at 03-62809339 to initiate the return.

We do not provide any form of warranty for the product purchases at Lushberry.
However, we do provide:-
1. Lifetime polishing and waxing for leather products purchased at Lushberry
